"Easy return and faster refund than most places"
I had to return my order because I picked the wrong size. I emailed them and they got back to me quickly, which was already better than what I usually deal with from a lot of other shops. Sending it back was simple, and my refund showed up within a few days. compared to most returns I’ve done, this one was way less annoying than I expected.

"Box showed up really smashed!!!"
The box arrived looking beat up, and the bag inside was ripped too!!! Not the best first impression!!!

"Not quite like the pictures"
The plush arrived fine, no issues there, but the design just didn’t really match what I expected from the photos. The shape felt a little off, and some of the details looked cheaper in person... I don’t know, maybe I was expecting too much, but for the price I thought it would be more accurate. It’s still kind of funny to have, and I’ll probably keep it around, but yeah, I was a bit disappointed.

"Shipping took a bit longer than expected"
The plush itself was really cute and arrived in good shape, but the shipping was slower than I thought it would be. I didn’t get many updates along the way, so I kept checking the tracking number every day just to see if it had moved. The box was fine when it finally showed up, and nothing was damaged, so that was good. Overall not a bad experience, I just wish it had arrived a little faster...

"Really nice plush, even with tiny imperfections"
I was impressed with this plush. It’s super soft and feels well made, and the stitching is cleaner than I expected. I wouldn’t nitpick every tiny thing, but overall the quality is really good and it feels like it’ll hold up well.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but for the price it’s a good plush. It’s soft, looks like the photos, and overall I’m happy with it. The only downside is that shipping took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. Hopefully the seller can offer some kind of small compensation or discount for the delay. Giving it 4 stars.

"I really wanted to love this plush because..."
I really wanted to love this plush because it feels nice and soft when you first pick it up. But after sitting with it for a bit, I just didn’t feel as cozy or comforted as I expected. Some spots feel uneven, and it’s kind of flat in places, which made it less satisfying to hold. It’s not awful or anything, but I felt a little let down because I was hoping it would be more comfy...
